Parent Guide
Future AI Innovators is a live online AI school holiday program for kids and teenagers aged 8–17 across Australia. Ten mornings, 4–15 January 2027, 10:00am to 12:00pm AEDT. No coding experience needed.
A short summary
Learners build, test and question artificial intelligence. They see how AI learns from examples, where it makes mistakes, how to ask better questions, and how to make a useful project for a real person. Junior learners are 8 to 12. Senior learners are 13 to 17. Each child joins a regular coaching group of about 10 to 12, with the same coach across the program. Families can join from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and regional Australia.
What this guide contains
- Curriculum. Ten mornings, one main project, and a showcase. Days 1 to 3 are about understanding AI by testing it. Days 4 to 7 are about building something useful and improving it when a real person tries it. Later mornings cover checking information, privacy, schoolwork limits and the Family AI Agreement.
- Child safety. Children under 13 do not independently use open public chatbots. An adult is present in every breakout room. Cameras, recording and sharing a child’s work need parent permission. Read the Child Safety & Wellbeing Policy and the Child Safe Code of Conduct.
- Tools. The program provides the learning tools and accounts. Nothing else to buy. The current list is the Approved AI & Learning Tools register. A phone will not work for the webcam activity on Day 2, and a tablet is not recommended.
- Age groups. Junior AI program, ages 8 to 12. Senior AI program, ages 13 to 17. Same morning slot, separate sessions and coaches. Western Australia joins at 7:00am AWST, Queensland at 9:00am AEST, South Australia at 9:30am ACDT.
- Fees. The January launch price is $595 until 30 November 2026, then $695 from 1 December, paid in full. Both include GST. You can reserve a place with $99, which is fully refundable until 1 December, and the $496 balance is due on 1 December. Additional children $449 each. Two children: $1,044. Paying $99 does not mean the course costs $99.
- Enrolment. A parent or guardian enrols the child. Sending this form does not hold a place. Places are confirmed when payment is complete. The Children’s Program Terms and Children’s Programs Privacy Notice apply.

This page is the guide. You can read it now, print or save it, and we can also email a copy. An adviser can give you one short call about age groups, suitability and safety unless you ask us to email only. This does not enrol your child.
The Parent Guide is on its way. If the January program looks right, you can reserve a place for $99.
